Ashley Aubra Jones. Born September 3, 1976, Ashley Aubra Jones has been an American actor for more than 20 years. Ashley Aubra Jones, born on September 3, 1976 is an American actress. She also played Daphne in The HBO drama True Blood in its second season. Ashley Jones earned a Bachelor of Human Learning, K-8 in 1997 from University of Tennessee at Martin. She began her professional career as a teacher within Maury County where she taught Kindergarten and first graders Reading. Following her wedding to her UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones in 1998, she relocated into Thompsons Station. Bethesda Elementary is where she started teaching 4th grade. From 1999 to 2000, she taught while obtaining her Masters of Education at Trevecca Nazarene University. She left the classroom in 2000 when the couple welcomed their baby boy Baylor. Ashley has committed the last fifteen years in promoting the development of children within her church, as well as the community. Ashley is a long-time leader of the Preschool Ministry and the Student Ministry at Thompson Station Church. Ashley as well as her family homeschooled for 3 years. Ashley taught History in the homeschool in their time of home schooling. God said to her that even though she enjoyed homeschooling as well as being in the presence of children, her family had to go back to full time school. Brent and Ashley both have five children. Silas, Eliza, and Cruz all attend GCA. Baylor is an GCA graduate who plays baseball. He is a student at UT-Martin. Callan is also a GCA graduate, attends Western Kentucky University. It is a busy family who enjoys fishing, sports and hunting with their family. Romans 8:28 And we know that in all things God is working for the good of all those who have been called by his will.
